How do I Pay?
All orders require payment before you can place the order. To pay online, we accept all major debit and credit cards along with PayPal.
Pre-authorisation of payment
For all card payments, a pre-authorisation or pending payment is placed against your payment method for the total amount of your order, but, it will not be finalised and transferred to us until the order is ready to ship. This pre-authorisation on your payment method may have an affect on your available balance until the transaction is complete or the pre-authorisation has expired.
If the pre-authorisation has expired before the goods are ready to ship, we will contact you to authorise a new payment.

I need amend or cancel my order?
To amend or cancel an order, please contact our customer services team as quickly as possible.
If the order has already been shipped then we are unable to make any changes to the order status or delivery address. In the case of cancelled orders, please note the pending or pre-authorised payment is reversed within 2-5 working days (dependant on card issuer). This will affect your available balance but will not appear as a physical refund transaction as no funds have been taken and settled.
I have placed my order but I have not received any acknowledgement?
The moment that you click to place your order we will email you the acknowledgement. The length of time this takes will be dependant upon your email provider.
Please make sure that you add noreply@racerallysupplies.co.uk to your safe senders list and check your spam/junk folders. If you have still not received your confirmation email then please contact our customer service department.
