Returns
We fully understand that circumstances can change and you might need to return an item. As long as the item is returned in its original packaging and condition along with your proof of purchase, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund it for you. We must receive the returned items within 28 days of the purchase date.
Returns Authorisation.
Before you make a return, please email returns@racerallysupplies.co.uk to advise of the return, along with a reason for the return and any order details. We will then provide you with a secure returns number. We must receive your initial returns email within 14 days of receiving your order.
Packing and sending the items
Any items to be returned should be in their original packaging to help prevent any in transit damage. We must receive your returns within 14 days of you receiving your secure returns number.
Returns Address
The returns address will be issued with your returns authorisiation.Do NOT send any items to our London address as doing so will incur additional charges which we will have to pass onto the customer.
Receive your exchange, credit, or refund
Once we have received your returned item, we will process an exchange, credit, or refund as requested. Please note that refunds apply to the product value only and do not include the original postage and packing costs.
If an item is returned due to no fault with the product supplied, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. We appreciate that mistakes can happen and that customers may occasionally change their mind. However, processing a return involves several stages, including receiving the parcel, inspecting the item to ensure it is fully functional and in a condition suitable for resale, updating stock records, and processing the refund.
Each of these steps requires staff time and resources, and while the 5% restocking charge helps offset some of these costs, it does not fully cover them.
