The Science bit... Watt measures power and Lumen measures light output. Conventional (incandescent) bulbs produce about 15 Lumens per Watt. LED's achieve upto 100 Lumens per Watt.
So, a typical 100W H1 bulb produces 1500 Lumens.

Rally Lighting Guidelines for LED Units:
For national and regional rallies, participants may use LED modules under specific conditions:
- A maximum of six additional lights or 24 additional LEDs is permitted.
- Each corner light is equivalent to four LEDs.
- It is acceptable to mix traditional headlights with LED modules, provided the equivalence and maximum limits are adhered to.
These guidelines are based on the rules established by the Executive Office of the FFSA as of October 28, 2015.
